Terms & Conditions – Codename: Destination One

1. Project Overview

Codename: Destination One is a plotted development by Krisala Developers. All features, specifications, pricing, and visuals are subject to change at the developer’s discretion and in compliance with RERA and applicable laws.

2. Booking & Allocation

• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the booking amount.
• Plot allocation is subject to developer confirmation and availability.
• Execution of the Agreement to Sale is mandatory within the specified time to confirm the allotment.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments must align with the official payment schedule issued by Krisala Developers.
• Late payments may attract interest as outlined in the agreement.
• Payments should be made only to the official developer accounts through accepted modes.

4. Layout & Visual Disclaimer

Plot dimensions and visuals displayed in marketing collateral are indicative. Actual plot sizes and offerings are subject to RERA-approved plans and may differ upon final handover.

5. Possession & Delays

Possession will be delivered as per agreement timelines. Any delays due to force majeure will be communicated. Compensation, if applicable, will follow RERA provisions.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is permitted as per booking form terms. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed post deduction of relevant charges and taxes.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

All transactions are governed under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). Buyers are advised to verify project details through the official RERA portal.

8. Communication Consent

By submitting your details, you authorize Krisala Developers and its associates to contact you via phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp regarding the project.

9. Governing Law

Any legal disputes arising from this project will fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
